From the first phone call to the moment we hand everything over to you — here’s how every job goes.

Step One

You get in touch

Give us a call, send a message, or fill in the contact form. Tell us a little about your home and what you’re thinking — it doesn’t need to be detailed. We just want to get a rough idea before we come over.

Step Two

We come to your home

One of our team members visits your home at a time that suits you. We walk through the space, ask what you’d like to change or improve, and get a feel for what would actually work well. This isn’t a sales visit — it’s us doing our homework.

Step Three

We put together a clear plan

After the visit, we prepare a proposal that covers exactly which systems we’d recommend, what the installation involves, how long it’ll take, and what it costs. Everything is written out clearly — no vague quotes, no hidden extras.
Step Four

We install everything ourselves

Once you give us the green light, our team comes in and does the full installation. We bring all the equipment, handle all the wiring and configuration, and make sure every device is connected and working properly before we pack up.

Step Five

We show you how everything works

Before we leave, we sit down with you and walk through every part of the system. How to use the app, how to adjust settings, what to do if something seems off. We don’t leave until you’re comfortable with all of it.
Step Six

We stay available — long after we leave

The job doesn’t end when we walk out the door. If something feels off a week later, a month later, or even longer — call us. We’ll come back and sort it out. That’s just how we work.
